Incentives

City Centre Group Incentive

There is so much to choose from and every city has something special to offer whether visiting a local land mark, local museums, bus tours, river trips or ghost tours. We can arrange treasure hunts in the city or activities with local suppliers such as paint-balling, indoor skiing, indoor sky diving, go-carting or a cookery school.  Back at the hotel we can organise pottery, painting, building robots… the list is endless.

Country Retreat

A beautiful country house like Tewksbury Park Hotel is ideal for a country retreat.  Beautiful bedrooms, restaurant and spa to relax in and plenty of grounds to bring in clay pigeon shooting, archery, duck herding and more.

Special Destinations

Sometimes international incentive trips can appear a little daunting but we have lots of English speaking contacts based in cities around the world ready to help.  They can be with you from the airport pick up though-out the trip, right up to your departure.

We have met a company who specialises in incentive trips to Asia.  With fabulous options including private dining in underground caves and private islands, hot air balloon rides over historic temples, private street parties, visiting fishing villages and authentic cooking lessons.  Vietnam and Japan are popular destinations at the moment so if this appeals to you just let us know.

Last month we booked the new Taconic Hotel in Vermont.  It is a beautiful hotel in stunning surrounding perfect any time of year!

London Hotels

There are so many hotels in London, all different styles, with a variety of facilities and for different budgets.  Here are a selection of the higher end   hotels that we have seen recently.

Kensington Close, pictured above, was refurbished a little while ago and has a lovely private garden, spa, 12 meeting rooms and 708 bedrooms.  It’s a great location and offers good rates.

We also had good feedback from a group who had afternoon tea at the Chesterfield Mayfair last month.  The conservatory is a great space for afternoon tea and can hold just under 50 guests.  Afternoon tea currently has a Chocolate Factory theme!

The Hyatt Regency London—The Churchill is another lovely London hotel.  The 434 bedrooms have been recently refurbished.  They also have an award winning bar and terrace as well as 12 meeting rooms.  Again, a great location.

Royal Garden Hotel is a luxury hotel with a very popular authentic Chinese restaurant, large, adaptable meeting spaces and 394 bedrooms many with panoramic views of Kensington Palace.

The Dorchester and 45 Park Lane are also hotels well worth considering if you are out to impress your guests.  Very different hotels but both lovely with excellent service and facilities.

Sporty Venues

Sports venues can be a great option if you are looking for an easy to find, easy to park venue with lots of space.

As well as the enormous spaces (the Amex Stadium in Brighton has 5 concourses) they often have executive boxes that can be used for boardroom meetings and more relaxed lounges.  Some venues offer activities on the pitch (Chelsea Football Stadium can organise a BBQ and activities on the pitch) and many offer access to the private areas such as Twickenham Stadium where you can have dinner in the England players dressing room (not whilst they are getting changed though!) Trophy rooms are great for drinks receptions and many venues will be happy to provide an expert to talk you through their greatest moments.

How about adding a driving experience to your meeting to shake up all your delegates!  Mercedes Benz world offer AMG track driving or off road driving experience either on their own or as part of an on-site meeting.  They can split you into groups to try both and in your down time you can explore the museum.

Brooklands Hotel is right next door and offers stylish accommodation, a variety of meeting spaces and the fabulous two AA Rosettes 1907 Restaurant.  The perfect way to unwind after a busy day behind the wheel.
