INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

Once you have telephoned, e-mailed or faxed your requirements, we will start searching for the right venue to match your location, budget, preferences and needs.

We will contact you with our findings before confirming with the venue.

Once confirmed with yourself, a copy of the reservation information will be forwarded to you via e-mail or fax together with your reservation number. A copy will also be forwarded to the selected venue.

GROUP ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS

As with the individual reservations, as soon as we receive your request, we will be contacting venues to match your requirements.

The terms and conditions will be forwarded to you. Bedrooms will be held provisionally and will be confirmed as soon as you are fully satisfied with the arrangements.

An allocation form will then be forwarded to obtain more detailed information regarding the individual guests and requirements, such as twin, double, single rooms, number of nights per guest etc.
