After the Summer Holiday it’s just a short leap to the Christmas Holiday and with many hotel party nights starting in November, now is the time to make your bookings.  There are a great many options available from joint parties adding extra energy to smaller groups, private parties, elegant private dinners, big themed gala party, or Christmas team building activities.  Contact us now for more ideas and to see how we can help you organise your end of year celebrations.

We have a selection of hotels for you this month from around the UK and internationally which we hope you will find of interest.   As well as making bookings in hotels, on behalf of our clients, we have also made several bookings in apartments throughout the UK.  These can be a great option when accommodation is required for longer periods of time and they can also be booked for single nights at a very reasonable rate and are ideal for the frequent traveller who would like a little extra space and that home from home feeling. 

The Princess Hotel, Manchester

Although we haven’t booked anything here yet we were very impressed by a recent presentation highlighting the now complete refurbishment.

Formerly a Victorian cotton warehouse, the Princess on Portland has a great location in the centre of the city - just minutes from great shopping, vibrant nightlife and a wealth of culture.

The hotel has 85 guest rooms all with free Wi-Fi, 8 meeting/training rooms that can accommodate up to 40 delegates and a breakout lounge which can be used for private dining for up to 70.  The public areas have all been refurbished to a high standard.

Fitzpatrick, Dublin

Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel Dublin is an elegant and charming Castle on the south Dublin coast overlooking Dublin Bay.

The conference facilities include a business centre with a dedicated conference team who are on hand to ensure the smooth running of your event. 30 years of tradition in excellence has helped to create the perfect atmosphere at this family owned, 18th century Irish Castle.

Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel is only 9 miles from downtown Dublin making it an ideal location for residential conferences as well as a special Christmas Party.  Private Christmas parties are available from €65 per person with a  DJ and late bar.

Twycross Zoo, Warwickshire

Fancy something a bit different?  How about a meeting in a light and spacious room with state of the art audiovisual equipment and views of wild animals from around the world?

Not only that, but imagine a lunch break to include a private tour of the zoo and maybe a few close encounters! 

Twycross Zoo has 4 stunning meeting rooms around the zoo, two with private entrance and can cater for up to 120 delegates.

Charing Cross, a Guoman Hotel in London

Charing Cross is located in the heart of London near the East End and Trafalgar Square.  This grade 2 listed building combines Victorian Grandeur with a real home from home feel.  There are 9 meeting rooms including the Betjeman Suite, an award winning restaurant with views over the strand, a peaceful lounge and a lively bar.

We used Charing Cross recently for a meeting and it went really well and we found the staff particularly helpful.
