Incentive Trips

Does your company reward the staff and/or clients with incentive trips?

If you have a group and need to organise accommodation, sight-seeing, delicious lunches, team building activities and impressive dinners, with or without a meeting, just let us know.

We have organised all sorts of activities and trips both in the UK and internationally.

It could be something as simple as adding an afternoon activity to the end of your meeting.  Such as creating your own characters and animating them, a GPS treasure hunt or dragon boat racing!

You could go a step further, by adding a BBQ or gala dinner after the team building activity and add a band or entertainers followed by some luxurious accommodation?

If you have the budget to travel abroad there are even more options!  With the help of local experts we can find you some really exciting activities to help you really experience your chosen destination.

And if you have more time you could continue the activities the next morning with more sight-seeing or activities or both?

From comfortable accommodation, off site dinners in amazing venues, speed boats, river cruises with dinner, canoeing, quad-bike riding, horse riding, classic car driving, golf, local theatre and shows, wine tasting, local markets, food and cookery schools, museums, art galleries and monuments, hiking, swinging from the trees …  The list really is endless.

Just let us know your dates, numbers, budgets and an idea of the sort of thing you are looking for and we will come up with some great suggestions for you to look at.

The Doyle Collection is a group of distinctive hotels in London, Bristol, Dublin, Cork and Washington DC with a welcoming boutique feel.  The Marylebone Hotel, suite terrace pictured below, is no exception.  With 257 bedrooms you might not expect the attention to detail and personal service that are offered as standard in the Brasserie, Pantry, Spa and meeting rooms.

We have made several bookings at the Doubletree by Hilton Westminster recently and found the hotel to offer very good value for money.  There are 460 bedrooms and suites and if you upgrade to the executive floor you have access to the lounge where breakfast is served, snacks throughout the day and canapés in the evening.  The City Café is perfect for breakfast, and the recently refurbished Millbank Lounge is open most of the day.  There are also 5 flexible meeting rooms some with a fantastic view over London.

Molitor is a stunningly restored Art Deco, luxury hotel in the centre of Paris.  Since the 1930’s the hotel has been famed for its two stunning swimming pools and the fabulous level of service.  Now an Accor hotel it has re-opened after a refurbishment last year and offers 124 stylish bedrooms, an array of meeting rooms and choice of places to eat, drink and relax.

We had a group staying at Le Richemond Geneva last month and they were really impressed.  “The staff at the hotel were fantastic and extremely accommodating.”

“Our party at Azotea (Madrid) was a huge success.  We received loads of compliments from our customers, and a lot of our colleagues (who are a much tougher audience to please) said it was our best party to date.  I cannot fault the service delivered by the team at Azotea and the entertainment was fabulous.”
